About Storm
Built to Serve.

Our Mission
Storm was founded with one purpose: bring veteran discipline and accountability to federal contracting. We saw too many government contracts awarded to companies that prioritize margins over mission. We're here to change that.
As a service-disabled veteran-owned C Corporation, we understand what it means to serve. Our leadership team brings real-world experience in operations, logistics, engineering, and workforce management — the same skills that keep missions running in the toughest environments.
We're pursuing VA contracts and GSA Schedule opportunities because we believe veterans should be at the table when it comes to supporting the agencies that serve them. Storm is built to deliver — on time, on budget, and with integrity.
Our Values
Service
We served our country and we continue to serve through our work. Every contract is a mission, and every mission matters.
Accountability
We own our commitments. When we say we'll deliver, we deliver. No excuses, no finger-pointing.
Excellence
Good enough isn't good enough. We hold ourselves to the highest standards because the agencies we support deserve nothing less.

The Team Behind the Mission

Norman M. Curtis
Leader & Founder, Storm
U.S. Marine Corps Veteran
Norman M. Curtis is a Marine Corps veteran, corporate leader, and faith-driven mentor who currently serves as Fleet Director at ComEd, one of the nation's largest electric utilities. In this role, he leads fleet operations supporting critical infrastructure, focusing on operational excellence, leadership development, and building systems and cultures that sustain high performance long after a leader moves on.
Norman's leadership philosophy was shaped by his time in the United States Marine Corps, where discipline, accountability, and mission focus formed the foundation of his professional character. He carried those principles into the corporate world, where he has built a reputation for developing leaders, creating high-trust teams, and driving results through strong culture rather than command-and-control management. He often emphasizes that average managers chase numbers, while excellent leaders build people, systems, and culture that naturally produce results.
Central to Norman's approach is what he calls “Lighthouse Leadership.” This model centers on character and moral authority — believing that leaders must first be the example before they expect performance from others. In his framework, character builds trust, trust creates open feedback, feedback develops capability, and capability ultimately drives sustainable performance. His leadership style prioritizes coaching over solving, delegating outcomes instead of tasks, and developing successors rather than dependence.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Norman is deeply committed to mentoring others — particularly men seeking growth in faith, leadership, and personal responsibility. After committing his life to Christ in 2025, his faith became a central driver in how he leads at home, in the workplace, and in the community. He actively leads and participates in men's Bible studies and life groups, where he encourages vulnerability, accountability, and practical application of biblical principles in everyday life.
Norman is passionate about helping others navigate personal transformation — especially men striving to become better fathers, husbands, and leaders. Drawing from both his successes and his failures, he speaks openly about the power of accountability, repentance, forgiveness, and growth. His message is rooted in the belief that true leadership begins with humility and that a man's greatest legacy is the people he invests in.
“Actions speak louder than words, and leadership is ultimately about serving others well.”
